objectives

  1. Maintaining community peace and reducing tensions between the host community and the displaced, as well as reducing the spread of hatred and racism among local tribes to maintain community peace.
  2. Improved food security among IDPs: Providing basic food commodities (sugar, rice, flour, onion, oil, and tea) for 200 displaced people (food and drink) – Supporting emergency rooms and temporary shelter kitchens to provide them with the necessary food supplies according to the opinion of the kitchen committee and temporary shelter homes (rice, flour, onion oil, sugar, tea…etc.)
  3. Increased access to urgently needed NFIs; provide plastic sheets, blankets, Carpets and clothes to IDPs plus basic cooking utensils (cooking pots, spoons, etc..) to 200 IDP families. the actually needed non-food items commodities with their rations will be determined through community initiatives
  4. Increased access to life-saving health services: Assisting emergency rooms in providing basic life-saving needs and treating the wounded through availing of first aid consumables (cotton, and other needs according to the needs of emergency rooms
  5. Increased access to needed l if-saving WASH services: Support with provision of water, promoting hygiene (including provision of water collection a& storage containers) and improving the environmental health through waste collection and disposal in temporary shelter areas
